No. Compatibility depends on your device, controller and supported commands. Check your hardware before subscribing.

Do I need extra hardware?

Some setups require a local bridge or a compatible hardware controller. Hardware is supplied separately. Our compatibility guide explains the connection types.

When does the trial start?

Your 30-day trial starts after you confirm your email. Create an account to choose a plan and explore the setup.

Can I keep using my existing account?

Yes. Existing customers can sign in to the current Eddy app. This new marketing address does not require a new account or re-pairing your devices.
